Your Choice Your Home is the Choice Based Lettings scheme for North Norfolk. Under the scheme properties in North Norfolk are advertised as they become available; most properties will be for rent from a housing association but others will be for rent from a private landlord or being sold on a shared ownership basis. To be considered for a property you need to 'bid' (express an interest) for the property. Although the word 'bid' is used this does not involve any payment. Only applicants registered on the North Norfolk Housing Register can bid for properties.

Housing With Care – Properties at Lloyd Court, High Kelling and Benjamin Court, Cromer will now be advertised through Your Choice Your Home. Applicants must have a critical or substantial care need to be eligible for consideration for these properties.
Affordable Rent
The rents for these properties are set at up to 80% of what a market rent for the property would be. These rents are higher than the other properties advertised which will be let on Social Rents. Applicants should not therefore visit the property in the hope that you can look around. The property may still be occupied and continue to be the home of someone who might find such a request distressing.
