Should you be unable to access a computer at home or unable to access a computer at a library/friends/relatives then please contact a member of the Housing Options Team on 01263 513811 and we will be happy to assist with your application over the telephone. Please be advised that this may take approximately 30-40 minutes and we will require you to gather various pieces of information in order for us to complete the application successfully. We can advise you of this at the time of your call.


The council can bid on your behalf with your permission:

This service, known as auto bidding, will only be available to you if you are vulnerable and are unable to bid for yourself and you do not have someone who can help. You will need to complete the auto bidding declaration form to give us your permission. Bids will only be placed for properties which you have said you want to be considered for in the areas you have said you want to live.


The bids that are placed will be recorded in the applicant’s bidding history and we can review the bids that were placed with an applicant when required.
