Changes are being introduced to the North Norfolk Housing Allocation Scheme from the 12th of January 2026. This scheme sets out who may be eligible for affordable housing.
All current members of Your Choice Your Home will be contacted via email or letter to advise that they must re-register between 27th October and 24th November 2025 or their application will be hibernated. All applications received will be reassessed against the new eligibility and banding criteria.Providing you re-register between the dates detailed above you will be able to continue to use the existing scheme to view and bid on properties.
If you are new member looking to join the Housing Register, we are unable to accept new applications between the 27th October and 24th November 2025. You will have the opportunity to apply using the new online application form once the re-registration has closed. Please note that full access of the scheme will not be available until we go live on the 12 January 2026

If you haven't already joined Your Choice Your Home by the 27th October 2025, you will have to wait untill after the 24th November to apply.
